To make batter

Take 2 cups of rice and 1/2 cup of udad daal soak it for 6-7 hrs

Then grind it and ferment for 6_7 hrs

Batter will be risen up and ready to use

Now take a bowl add batter and salt

Now heat the pan add small portion of batter and add chopped vegetables on top

Fry it with 4-5 drops of oil

Serve it with tomato sauce or choice of your chutney
