Turn on the gas flame. Place a pan pour there oil. When the oil starts to smoke add boiled and chopped Aloo. Fry it for 5 mind in medium flame. Then take it out to a plate.

Now in the same pan add 1 tablespoon of oil and when it starts to smoke add there cumin seeds, dry red chilli and chopped garlic 🧄 with soaked Methi and saute it. Saute it for few seconds, then add fried Aloo.

Saute it in medium flame for 2 to 3 mins. Then fry it well for 5 mins till it changes it's colour to golden brown add there turmeric powder and fry along with it. Then add red chilli powder, Kasuri methi to it and add salt to it and fry it continuously in medium flame. Then it's ready to serve with roti.
