Mix turkey, pesto, eggs, parmensan, and panko until you can form a meatball. Make 16 balls.

Place in oven at 400 degrees until cooked and golden.

Heat up olive oil in large pot. Add in garlic, onions, carrots, and celery.

Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until just tender. Add in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth; bring to a boil and continue to cook for 12 - 15 minutes, removing canned taste.

Stir in the spinach and meatballs. Cook for 10 more minutes. Until flavors are married.

Taste the soup for salt and pepper; adjust. Remove from heat, serve, and add grated parmesan cheese.
