Keep all the ingredients ready.

Take a pressure pan and do the tempering adding the mint leaves.

Saute the mix veggies with Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and Garam Masala.

Now saute the Basmati rice (washed, soaked for 20 mins and drained) for few mins, then add 500 ml of water.

Close the pressure pan and wait for the steam to release, at this time you can put the whistle and wait for single whistle. Then switch off the stove.

Wait for the pressure to release, and now the Mix Veggie Pulao 😋 is ready to eat with onion raitha and Pappad.
