Whenever we go to a restaurant, we often order tandoori naan with any curry. Since we can't go to restaurants during the lockdown, I tried making naan at home for the first time.

Whenever we go to a restaurant, we often order tandoori naan with any curry. Since we can't go to restaurants during the lockdown, I tried making naan at home for the first time.

First, take the all-purpose flour in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix well. Then add the baking soda, salt, and oil, and knead into a dough. Cover and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours.

After resting, the dough will look risen. Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into an oval naan shape. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and crushed garlic on top, then gently brush with butter and roll again. Cook the naan on a hot skillet, then flip and cook the other side directly over the flame. Once done, brush the hot naan with butter.
