Steps

Boil the noodles for 5 minutes only

Drain the noodles and wash under cold running water add 1/2 tbs of vegetables oil to the noodles

In a pan heat 1 tbs oil and once the oil is hot add minced garlic and ginger saute for few seconds until the change color and add onion

Add sliced carrots, black pepper, and capsicum vegetables remain crunchy add the boil noodles mix it well

Mix it well so that the noodles are well coated with the sauce add soya sauce, tomato sauce and red chilli sauce, vinegar

Serve hakka noodles and enjoy
