Take a bowl mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and water in it. Then mix well. The batter should be pancake consistency. Add baking soda in it.

Heat a pan add one tbsp oil in it. Pour two ladle of batter. Spread it into a circle. Then cover it with a lid.

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Then open the lid and flip the pancake. Pour oil around the edges. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden in colour.

Repeat the same process for the rest of the pancakes. Serve it with chutney.
