Special sunday breakfast.. you can add any leftover vegetables to it.
Steps

Take 4 eggs in a bowl.

Add shredded 2 cheese cubes to the eggs.

Add 2 tbsp milk to it.

Whisk it so everything get mixed.

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, zuchini, capsicum and green chillies.

Grease muffin tray with oil. Put the mixture upto 3/4 th in each part.

Put the tray in preheated oven at 180° for 20 mins.

Serve hot with bread or tomato ketchup...
