Crack a egg in the mixing bowl and then add chopped onion, chopped green chili, chili powder, hing, salt and coriander. Now mix all with a fork or a spoon.

Add a table spoon of oil on a heated tawa and add the egg mixture and spread it, cook it on medium heat. After a minute or two, flip the omlet.

Now the omlet is ready. Now put the omlet on the roti and add some cheese on it.

Roll and enjoy the omlet roll with chutney and ketchup
