Now first take Poppy seeds, cardamom, in the mixer's jar. Add garlic ginger and green chili water and make a smooth paste. Keep aside.

Wash the mutton clean two to three times. Keep aside.

Heat the oil in the cooker. Add finely chopped onion and mutton on top. Then add the paste you have made and add all other dry spices and mutton masala as well. Now put 6 to 7 whistles by adding a little water.

Now fry it on low flame till the oil is released, add water as much as you want, then close lid and two or three whistle to it.

Ready to serve sindhi style onion mutton masala with chapati or rice.
