Steps

Soak burger buns in water, squeeze out the water & keep aside. Soak skewers in water.

Add all ingredients except corn starch in a bowl.

Add squeezed buns & mix. Add corn starch. Mix continuously or pound for about 10 minutes.

Put meat on skewers. Snug the bottom firmly on the skewers. You can make it into any shape you want. (I used the ones without skewers to make kofta rolls).

Preheat oven. Grease foil paper, put kofta on & cover with foil. Bake for 5-10 minutes.

Remove from oven & grill. I used a grill pan.

Serve & enjoy!
