Japanese beef stir-fried udon
Steps

Wash the shimeji mushroom and cut / separate them

Boil the udon for around 1 minute till soft
- 3
Fry the mushrooms for a while before putting in the beef slices as mushrooms take longer to cook

Add in the udon
- 5
Add in Japanese beef sauce + 1-2 teaspoons of brown sugar and stir
- 6
Add in sesame oil, stir and serve!
