Soak the dal & rice overnight then blend it to a fine paste add methi Dana & salt as per taste.

Once the batter is ready besides keep the hot nonstick dosa tawa on medium flame burner sprinkle some water wipe it.

Then pop it on tawa & spread in circular motion two mini dosas in one batch gradually prepare all.

Once it’s ready, serve it hot with any chutney, potato saag, etc.
