Soak Dal and rice overnight. Also add fenugreek seeds and poha in rice.wash and drain its water 3-4 times.

Next morning grind your soaked Dal until become s smooth and fluffy after that grind rice until it becomes smooth and fine paste.add water if required.now combine both batter in any air tight container.cover it and fermante it any warm place for 8 to 10 hours.

After that you see your dosa batter is fermanted.mix it well add salt to taste. Mix it well with ladle.

Meanwhile boil potatoes. peel and mash it.take any wok pour 1tbsp oil when it is heated add Cumin seeds, onion mustard seeds when it's colour is changed add all spices and mashed potatoes.mix it well.after that add crushed peanuts and coriander leaves.mix it again.cook it for 5 minutes.let cool it. Filling is ready for dosa.

Now take dosa tawa(griddle).when it heated sprinkle some water and oil wipe it with any clean cloth. Now pour batter with ladle or any small bowl on it. spread your batter in circular motion after 2min sprinkle some oil over the dosa fill mixture of potato we made. Cook until it becomes crispy and golden brown in colour.

Our crispy crispy dosa is ready serve it with sambar or chutney.
