Ingredients

30 minutes
3 people
  • 2 packicing sugar
  • I cup of glucose(if you are using 4 icing sugar use two)
  • 1/8 cupgelatin
  • 1/2 tspcmc
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • Colour optional
  • Butter icing
  • 250 gbutter
  • 500 gicing sugar
  • Colour

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sieve your icing sugar and keep aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl add water glucose and gelatin and steam it in boiling water until watery

  3. 3

    Pour it inside the icing sugar and knead till soft and use to cover your cake

  4. 4

    For the butter icing mix butter and icing sugar until creamy

  5. 5

    Then apply it on your

  6. 6

    Leave some and add colour to it and use to decorate your cake
