Take 2 tbsp ghee in frying pan and roast gond in medium flame and in same ghee fry cashew and almond. Roast wheat flour in remaining ghee till golden brown at medium flame. When wheat flour leaves ghee then switched off the gas.

Dry roast of sunflower seeds and coconut flakes

Add elachi powder,cashew and gond in wheat flour and lastly add sugar and mix it well.

Make a pinni ladoo and garnish with almond, coconut flakes and pistachio.
