Pink Veggies 'and' fruits Salad

I have made this salad dish for a purpose. This is the breast cancer awareness month and what better way to spread the importance of staying healthy than promoting healthy eating habits? Vegetables and fruits provide us with the guardian antioxidants and vitamins that help us build our immunity. It's important that we take care of ourselves by eating nutrition rich meals and staying stress free.

Steps
- 1
To prepare the vegetables and fruit, before cutting, first wash them thoroughly. Dry and remove skin if needed. I prefer to keep it intact.
- 2
Cut all the vegetables and the pear into cubes, shred the cabbage, remove seeds from pomegranate and gently combine all in a bowl.
- 3
To prepare the dressing, mix hung curd, olive oil, pink salt, pepper and lemon juice. Whisk well.
- 4
Pour over the the salad. Mix lightly. Chill for one hour and then serve with any meal of the day or as an afternoon snack too. Stay safe and spread awareness!
