Dry roast Rava till it turns aromatic and change the colour. keep it ready. Keep other ingredients together and ready. With mix turmeric.

Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard, let it crackle. Now add Urad daal, Chana daal, Peanuts, green chillies, curry leaves and Shallot onion. Let it cook for some time.

Add one glass of water, salt and chopped coriander leaves. Let it boil on high flame. Once it boils, add rava. Mix it well. Cover it and cook it on low flame.

Mix it and serve..
