Set all ingredients

Heat pan on fire with oil

Add onion and Scotch bonnet paste stir a bit to sauce like

Add in the Titus sardine, stir again

Break egg in bowl, whisk well, add seasoning and pour into the pan of sauce

Stir until it's becomes sauce like, remove from heat

Take a loaf of bread, scoop the sauce in half part of the bread, and flip cover with the second half

Continue process with all the loafs
