Chop all leafy stuff and green chillies.

Cut onion in thin slices and potatoes slightly thicker than onions like a fries.

Take a big bowl put all the ingredients together.

Now add water as required and mix everything thoroughly.

Pakoray requires deep frying. So heat the oil well and then put a small amount of batter in it to check if oil bubbles or not and if it does it means it’s ready. Now fry as you like.
Please do everything gently as you don’t want to burn yourself. Safety required & needed.
