Pehlay mujh se aloo k pakoray sahi banty hi nahi thy. Kabhi batter bohat thick, kabhi batter bohat thin, kabhi aloo ander se kachy.. hayeeee.. phir kiya.. phir khoob cheezain barbad ki. Or banaty rahy. Ab insaan ghaltiyon se hi seekhta hai naaa.. Or Jo cheez bohat pasand hoo us ko bana bana k maharat a hi jati hai.🙂

Ingredients

4-5 persons
  1. 4 Potatoes (medium sized, peeled and sliced)
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 2 tbspPlain flour
  4. 1 tspRed chili powder
  5. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1/8 tspYellow food color
  8. 1/4 tspAll spice powder
  9. 1/2 tspDried fenugreek leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 tspBaking powder
  12. Chaat masala to sprinkle
  13. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potatoes in round slices and dip them in lukewarm water.

    Mix all the ingredients except oil and chaat masala in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add water and make a smooth batter.

  4. 4

    Drain water from the potatoes on a kitchen towel. Dip potato slices in batter and fry them in oil till potatoes turned into golden color.

    Aloo pakora are ready now
