In a pan add ghee, dry nuts crumb, coconut and roast for 40-50 seconds.

Then add hot milk,gulkand, sugar, custard (dilute in 1 tbsp milk then add), chopped dates into it and stir continuously.

Consistency becomes thick then switch off the flame and add cardamom powder and mix it.

Then take in service bowl and garnish with chopped nuts, dry rose petals, dry coconut and serve it.
