Ingredients

5-6 persons
  • 200 gmsseviya
  • 1/2 bowlChopped carrots
  • 1/2 bowlChopped capsicum
  • 1/2 bowlChopped beans
  • 1/2 bowlChopped potato
  • 1/2 bowlChopped tomato
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • 15-20Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp black sarso
  • As required Water for boiling
  • 3-4 tbspOil

    Take water add seviya and boil for 5 minutes.

    Take pan heat the oil add sarso,curry leaves, cracked them. Add all the veggies one by one, add salt and red chili powder in it. Fry for 5 minutes.

    Add Boiled seviya in it. Ready your seviya upma serve hot.
