In pressure cooker add mutton and dry garam masala includes tez pata 2 chori elaichi 2 bari elachi 2 darcheeni 2sticks long 3 kali mirch 4.

Add garlic cloves 4-5 and onions sliced and Haldi kal mirch and salt and water.

Cook for 20mins until meat get 80percent cooked.

Now open pressure cooker and transfer the meat in a pot now add oil in it and cook on high flame until soft onions and garlic get mashed.

Now make paste of ginger garlic add in it and cook.

Now add all the masalas and tomato paste and cook on high flame

Bhonify masala until oil separates.

Add methi now and now add shaljam in it and cook now add water and make dam until shaljam get tender.

Add some garam masala dhania and green chiliies and serve with rice or roti.
