First place all ingredients, now strain buttermilk to make it silky and smooth and sieve gramflour in this.

Take pan, put on induction or gas stove, add desi ghee and heat and put all tadka ingredients as shown in pics.

Heat tadka for some seconds and add buttermilk and gramflour. Mix all together.

Keep lid, Now stir it for 1 boil and keep 5 min on low flame to cook, a nice arroma will fragrance your house. Ready for serve.

Note-: Important tip...strain the buttermilk to make Kadhi so smooth and silky, it makes mouth so silky. No onion and garlic Jain Kadhi just made with simple home ingredients. Please try it comes out delicious yummy Kadhi simple but healthy.
