In a bowl take semolina along with curd and little water,mix it and rest for at least 15-20 min.

Heat 1Tbsp oil in a pan add some curry leaves,ginger,green chillies, onion and saute it.Now add tomatoes,corn and capsicum along with salt and spices and cook for 2-3 min.

Now add this cooked mixture into semolina and add some water to set the consistency.Now add 1/4 Tsp baking soda into the mixture and start making.

Heat Appe pan with some oil and pour the batter.Cook for 2 min from one side then flip it,apply some butter or oil and cook for another 2 min.Serve with your favourite dip.
