Almost Keto ☕ Coffee My Way
My version 😏 of a "Bullet-proof" or Keto Coffee. I never thought I would try this, but I did and it wasn't terrible! Actually it was a lot tastier than I expected and I would not use this as a breakfast replacement, but maybe for lunch instead, to help cut daily calories and mid-afternoon munchies! I belive to be Keto compliant, do not add any sweetness, I used 1 stevia pack. Enjoy!

Pour 2 cups fresh brewed coffee into blender. (Or just below max line in a magic bullet, or Personal Ninja)

Shake in optional spice, Add stevia packet

Add butter, MCT oil, coconut cream

Blend!

It will get frothy and emulsify which makes for a creamy rich warm beverage!

Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
