Take a bowl add suji, maida and a pinch of baking soda,oil and knead soft dough with hot boiling water with a spoon and when lukewarm rub it with your hands. Keep it aside by covering with cloth for 20 minutes so that suji will absorb water and dough becomes hard for puris.

Now after 20 minutes knead flour once again and start rolling small sized puris on the other hand heat oil for frying puris.

Now start taking puris and fry them quickly on medium flame in high heated oil.

For water take 2 tsp of panipuri masala and juice of 1 lemon, add salt in a glass of water and stir it for 2 minutes.

Now allow the puris to cool at room temperature and serve it or enjoy it with chana chutneys and tangy pani.
