Yet another innovative recipe from my amazing kitchen. And this one is done by using Jelly Crystals that are available in the market. You can use any of your favourite brand as well as flavour too. I have used Raspberry here. And since it's a bit on the tangy side, this Ice-cream is absolutely delightful with a bit of tanginess. However it's not too much. Sugar and Cream are added in almost good proportions, so it's a perfect homemade Ice-cream one could ever ask for. Happy Chilling!

This one is absolutely an easy one. Blend everything together until creamy and frothy.

Pour this mixture in an airtight container and freeze for about 7-8 hours. If the weather is humid and hot, you might require to freeze it for some more time as required.

Cover it up with an aluminium foil for the best results. After every 2 hours of freezing, take it out and blend. Do this for atleast 2-3 times. Since this is an homemade one, you need to do this.

Scoop it out after done and enjoy this amazingly decadent frozen dessert with your loved ones. Enjoy!
