#GA4 #WEEK11 #CHAATKatori chaat is also known as tokri chaat. To make katori chaat, small to medium sized baskets are made from flour maida. These are then filled with the quintessential chaat ingredients like boiled chana (chickpeas), potatoes, spicy and sweet chutneys, curd, chaat masala etc.
The crispiness of the fried maida flour basket is distinctly felt when eating katori chaat. There are many flavors, textures and tastes bursting in the mouth. all I can say is that you have to eat this chaat to experience its awesome taste and flavor.

Need an appetizer or snack for a party, try katori chaat recipe or tokri chaat!! ‘Katori or tokri’ refers to a bowl or canopies that are filled with potatoes and chutneys and ‘chaat’ is the term used for savory Indian street snacks. No doubt making the fried version of katoris seem like a daunting task but the end product is The-licious. These crunchy savory bowls or shells will make your taste buds watery.
