Have your ingredients ready

Chop your onions, tomato, calcium, pepper and coriander

Bring water to a boil then add your vinegar... It will prevent your sufuria from gaining a black suit when boiling the eggs...add eggs and boil for 15mins

Remove them from the water and set aside for plating

Season with salt and serve to enjoy
