This recipe I kind of came up with on the fly. I use Lawrys poultry rub which does a fantastic job for seasoning chicken. I love pepper, so I'd say I used about 2 teaspoons. It is all preference.

I was in really bad pain one day went to the hospital and found out it was my gallbladder. I had to many stones and it had to be removed. So while I was waiting for my surgery I couldn't really eat anything and I didn't like the can soup so I decided to make my own.

Very good soup. I've been making it like this for a long time. Enjoy. If you like spinach or escarole you can always add some in yummm.

This is the only chicken noodle soup I really enjoy. For years my dad made this without a recipe until I asked him to write it down.

The bones and the meat from the bones seem to just go to waste when you make roast chicken or turkey...Shave the meat from the bones and return it to the soup in Step 3. Adding wine (or sake) in Step 4 gives the soup a mild and tasty flavor. For 4 servings. Recipe by meg115
