Steps

Wash Capsicum & 2 Onions properly & then chop them in medium-small size pieces & onions in bulbs.

Chop 2 Onions, Ginger & Green Chillies very finely.

Chop Tomatoes very finely or grind them finely into purée in a mixer grinder.

Add 2 Teaspoon Dhaniya Powder in Dahi & mix it properly so that dahi doesn’t get burned while cooking.

Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Mustard oil in it & keep the gas on high flame to burn the oil first.

When smoke starts coming out of Kadhai, turn off the flame & let the oil cool down a bit.

After some time, again turn on the gas & keep it on medium flame.

Now add chopped capsicum & onion pieces in it & cook them for 5-7 minutes till they become soft.

After 5-7 minutes, when they become soft, take them out in a plate or bowl.

Now in the same oil add 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add finely chopped onions in it & roast them till they turn into golden brown in colour.

After 3-4 minutes, when they turn golden brown in colour, add spices mix dahi in it & roast them for 1-2 minutes.

After 1-2 minutes, add finely chopped or grinded tomatoes in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt so that they start releasing oil quickly.

After 5-6 minutes, when oil is completely released, add Cooked capsicum & onion in it & mix them properly.

Now add 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala & 1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Kasuri Methi in it & mix them properly.

Your Capsicum Pyaaz Ki Sabzi is ready to be served.
