Cut the potato in to two pieces, scratch the inner part of potato with the help of spoon. Now a base of basket is ready, take 1 tablespoon spoon of maida in water make thick batter & spread this batter on outside the potato bowl, sprinkle the bread crumbs also on it place it aside.

Take a cauldron add oil in it for deep frying. Now fry these two bowls & leftover patato's crumble & take some makhanas also fry it.

Now take outside the this mixture & give some rest for 10 minutes in this mixture we will add half tablespoon maggi masala, 1 teaspoon limejuice, 1 tablespoon any namkeen mixture, salt to taste & red pepper as per your choice.

Now pour the mixture in potatoes basket garnishing with mint leaves and some basil leaves. Serve with salsa sauce
