Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 500 gmsmethi leaves separated
  • 2potatoes cut in cubes
  • 1 tbspchopped garlic heaped
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspcrushed red chillies
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspwhite cumin
  • 1/2 cupSerson oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot put sarson oil and let it heat for sometime.put stove off.

  2. 2

    Add crushed garlic and potatoes, garlic paste,chillies and salt and one tomato chopped. Cook with some water with lid covered.

  3. 3

    When potatoes are half done add methi leaves and let it cook.

  4. 4

    Jab ache se bhun jae and oil separates,put Stove off

  5. 5

    Serve with chapati or paratha.
