Cooking the green vegetables in Sarson oil and using fresh garlic paste gives a nice aroma and taste to the sabzi.
Steps

In a pot put sarson oil and let it heat for sometime.put stove off.

Add crushed garlic and potatoes, garlic paste,chillies and salt and one tomato chopped. Cook with some water with lid covered.

When potatoes are half done add methi leaves and let it cook.
- 4
Jab ache se bhun jae and oil separates,put Stove off
- 5
Serve with chapati or paratha.
