    Firstly, peel the skin of carrot and grate finely. keep aside.
    in a cooker mix grate carrot,Malai and milk cook in slow flame 10 to 15 min

    After 15 min 1 vessel of pressure cooker. Open the cooker and Continue to boil until the carrots are cooked well and milk reduces

    Once the milk thickenes completely add ghee and cook for 5 minutes now add sugar.mix well and cook until the dissolves and thickness

    Now mix all dryfruits and sugar in it.now ready gajar ka halwa. Serve and enjoy.eat warm and
