First, you have to take a large pan and spread ghee on all the sides. Pour the milk and bring it to boil at high flame.

Then make the gas flame slow and boil the milk for around 40 minutes and reduce it to half quantity. Keep steering milk every 3-4 minutes with a spatula to avoid sticking to the bottom.

After the milk is reduced to half quantity, add sugar and nutmeg powder. Now, again boil milk for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, take a mixture jar and add pieces of strawberries and icing sugar and 2 tablespoons water. Grind it thoroughly and make a paste.

The next step is to turn off the gas flame and bring rabri to room temperature. Then add strawberry puree and mix well. Keep Rabri in refrigerator for 2 hours to enjoy chilled Strawberry Rabri. Serve with almonds finally.
