Set dosa

Dosas are an integral part of South Indian cuisine, and almost every region in South has their own unique twist to making the dosas, I love all types of dosas, and this one is my favourite, always 3-4 soft spongy, fluffy dosas served together, that's why it's called set dosa, people might have different recipes for this dosa but one which I was following I wasn't happy with that, so tried adding little more soaked flattened rice than i used to while grinding dosa batter for that extra softness and taste..and it turned out to be perfect as we get in restaurants..so here I am sharing my recipe,do try this dosa and enjoy
note:cooking time not included the preperation time.
