Thri-coloured Namul

This is a standard dish in our house. It's nice without grated garlic.
If you rinse the bean sprouts in water, they will be watery, so just drain in a sieve after boiling. You can make this dish quickly if you use a fan to cool them. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221

Steps
- 1
Julienne the carrot. Put the bean sprouts in a bowl and wash well. (Wash the spinach well to remove dirt.)
- 2
Add the salt to the bean sprouts and boil. Add the carrots halfway through, and drain them in a sieve when boiled. (Don't rinse in water.)
- 3
Boil the spinach, rinse it, and squeeze out the moisture. Slice it into fourths.
- 4
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to finish.
