  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tsptea
  • 1 tspmalai
  • 1/2 inch or as per taste Ginger

  1. 1

    In a pan add water, sugar, and tea boil this after boiling add grated ginger.

    In another pan boil milk until it thickens and reduces half.

    Add this thicken milk in boiling tea take a boil again.
