Steamed Bread with Cherry Blossom and Green Tea

I love making steamed bread because it's so tasty.
A hint is to wrap the steamer lid with cloth. When the bread cools, wrap with plastic wrap to keep at room temperature. If you cool them in the refrigerator, the texture will slightly change, but it is still tasty. You can make the bread a day before you go out for cherry-blossom viewing, and your family or friends would appreciate this snack. Recipe by Asamato

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pour milk into the matcha. Add little by little to dissolve the powder so that it doesn't clump. Add sugar and vegetable oil.
- 2
Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix.
- 3
Put cupcake liners (about 7 cm in diameter) in ramekins and pour small amount of the mixture. Put the red bean paste on top.
- 4
Pour the remaining mixture over it. Soak the salted cherry blossoms in water for a while to de-salt. Put the blossoms as topping.
- 5
Steam for 10 minutes over the high heat.
- 6
Why don't you put the bread in a box like this for cherry-blossom-viewing? This is much more delicious than a store-bought one!

Fluffy Milk Tea Flavored Steamed Bread Fluffy Milk Tea Flavored Steamed Bread
I wanted to give steamed bread a Western spin. When steaming, cover the lid with a towel. You can store these at room temperature wrapped in plastic wrap, but it's fine to chill them in the fridge (the texture will slightly change). Unlike other steamed bread recipes, this has slightly more oil and milk. This is mainly to balance the bitterness of the black tea. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -

I like similar bread sold at my neighbor bakery. They sell a loaf for about 400 yen, so I tried to make one for myself.I still have to improve how to shape the bread. If you don't have a loaf tin, divide the dough into 8 portions at Step 5 and bake in a baking tray. Or you can use an empty biscuit tin lined with baking paper. Recipe by Mamu cookpad.japan -

Yuzu Tea Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix Yuzu Tea Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix
This yuzu teawas so delicious, so I wanted to use it to make steamed bread. To prevent the hot water splashing onto the bread, be extra careful with the amount of water you use. Also take care when you're removing it from the pan. You can prevent the hot water from dripping if you double the liners (or place muffin cups inside), in which case you'd only need to lift out the interior cups. Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls
I wanted to make use of my knowledge of yakuzen herbal cuisine and to bake a bread that was good for the liver because it can easily lose its balance in spring. The ingredients in the bread are said to nourish not only the liver but also the spleen.-Grind the jasmine tea leaves in a mill. If you don't have a mill, use a mortar and pestle.-It might be easier to know when the proofing is complete if you let the dough rise in a plastic container with scale markings.-Adjust the oven temperature depending on your oven. For 4 buns. Recipe by Kenisan no ouchi yakuzen cookpad.japan -
Beautiful Aroma Milk Tea Bread Rolls Beautiful Aroma Milk Tea Bread Rolls
I made this for my friend who loves black tea. It's a sweet bread that's great for both snack and breakfast.Adding condensed milk in Step 1 reduces the hot milk temperature. Please follow this step and do not add condensed mild straight to the bowl.Although it will be a sticky dough at first, it will become an easy dough to work with after 5 minutes. So be patient.I used Earl Grey tea this time which has a beautiful aroma, but you can use your own favourite flavour. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

Sweet Milk Tea Ring Bread with Black Tea Leaves Sweet Milk Tea Ring Bread with Black Tea Leaves
This bread is rich with the scent of the tea and milk, so I made it to send as a gift. You can adjust the amount of tea leaves to suit your tastes, but they will soak up the moisture, so increase the amount of milk as needed if you do. If you want to bake it to a nice golden brown color all over, then it will take about 16~18 minutes (they were baked for 15 minutes in the photo). For 18 cm [7.1 in] chiffon mold.
