Collect all the ingredients for making the cake and measure. Grind cooking Oil, curd, and jaggery in a mixer till fluffy om pulse mode.

Take half bowl milkmaid and grate the carrot. Chop almonds and raisins.

Heat salt in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

When the mixture gets fluffy add wheat flour and churns again for 30 seconds. Add half of the milkmaid and churn again. Then add the remaining half and churn again for 1 minute. Now add baking powder and baking soda and churn for 30 seconds.

Grease a baking tin. Dust it with wheat flour.

Pour the mixture into the dusted baking tin. Adjust a bowl in a pressure cooker. Then place the baking bowl over it. Place the lid over the pressure cooker and bake for 30 minutes on a low flame.

Remove cake from the dish by rotating a knife on its edges.

Cut in pieces and serve.
