Ingredients

  • 250 gpanner
  • To taste salt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2 tspmalai
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala
  • leavesSome coriander
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 3-4garlic cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat the oil add garlic and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add onion and tomato puree and saute it.

    After that add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,chaat masala and mix well.

    Now add malai and milk cook it.

    After that add paneer and mix well. Serve hot with chapati.
