I created this recipe specifically so that making everyone's favorite ham cutlets would be even easier.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 6 sliceHam
  2. 100 mlWhite flour
  3. 1egg Beaten egg
  4. 200 mlPanko
  5. 1Frying oil
  6. 1Shredded cabbage
  7. 1lemon, grain mustard, sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Group 3 slices of ham together and coat with flour. Dip in beaten egg, and coat in panko.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil until 340°F/170°C, and fry until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Arrange on top of shredded cabbage in a bento box. Serve with lemon and grain mustard.
