એક પેન મા તલ ધીમા ગેસ પર સાતરિ લો.પિન્ક કલર જેવા થઈ તલ એટલે ગેસ બંધ કરો

એક થાળી મા 1/2 ટ્સપ ઘી લગાડી ચિક્કિ પાથરવા માટે રેડી રાખો

પેન મા11/2 ટ્સપ ઘી મુકો. ધીમા ગેસ પર રાખો. ઘી ગરમ થઈ એટલે તેમા ગોળ નાખો.

ગોળ નો પાયો થાય,એટલે થોડો સેકાઈ જાય એટલે તેમા તલ નાખી દો

હલાવી થાળી મા પાથરી દો.

તરત જ કાપા પાડી લો.

ચિક્કી તૅયાર છે. સર્વે કરો.
