1/4 cupCocoa powder
1/4 cupPowdered sugar
1/2 tbspBaking Powder
1/4 tspBaking Soda
1 pinchsalt
11/4 cup warm milk
2 tbspButter

So in a bowl, take 1 and 1/2 cup of Refined Flour (Maida), 1/4 cup Cocoa powder, 1/4 cup Powdered sugar, 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Baking Soda and a pinch of salt.

Give this all dry ingredients a good mix.

Now add 2 tbsp Butter into 1 and 1/4 cup warm milk and stir it till the butter melts completely.

Now add the milk gradually into the dry ingredients and mix it till the batter is well combined. Do not over mix. There shouldn't be any lumps.

The batter should not be too thin nor it should be too thick. It should be ribbon consistency.

Now take a pan or a Khadhai and add butter to it. Once the Butter is hot. Gently spread the batter on the Pan.

Once you can see bubbles on the Pancake, flip it over. The flame must to low to medium. Otherwise it will be hard.

Once the Pancake is cooked from both the sides. Serve it right away and Drizzle some Chocolate Syrup on top of it.
