Ingredients

  • 400 gflour
  • 220 gmargarine
  • 150 gicing sugar
  • 100 gdessicated coconut
  • 1egg
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspnmilk
  • Handfulchocochips

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat margarine and icing sugar, add egg,add dessicated coconut

  2. 2

    Mix flour and baking powder then add to the mixture add milk then knead finally add chocochips fold and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Roll and cut in desired shape then bake till well browned serve with a drink
