Creamy Spinach

Wash the spinach with tap water to remove the soil practice, cut the Spinach and put it into a bowl and allow it to drip out the water

On a small blow or cup make a mixture of 250 ml milk and 2 Tablespoon flour, mix it until its smooth and pour into pan at a medium heat mix it unit it gets thick and add 125 ml cream continue to mix it, season with salt and pepper

After removing spinach and the cream from the stove allow them to cool down

Once they cooled down then mix them
