I like soy products and wanted to make a simple tasting hamburger.

Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsGround chicken
  2. 50 gramsSilken tofu
  3. 30 gramsSoy beans (canned, cooked in water)
  4. 30 gramsMixed vegetables (frozen)
  5. 1thumb Grated ginger
  6. 1 tspMiso
  7. 20 gramsEgg
  8. 1 tspShiro-dashi
  9. 1Salt and pepper
  10. 1 tbspKatakuriko
  11. Sauce
  12. 50 gramsDaikon radish
  13. 50 gramsNagaimo yam
  14. 50 mlSoy milk
  15. 1 tbspShiro-dashi
  16. 1Salt and white pepper
  17. 1Katakuriko slurry

Cooking Instructions

    Prep: Drain the water from the tofu.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix the ground chicken until sticky. Add the other ingredients and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan and cook the mixture from Step 2. Mind that you don't burn it.

  4. 4

    Sauce: Grate the radish and yam.

  5. 5

    Put the sauce ingredients into a pan and heat. Adjust the flavor with salt and white pepper, then add the katakuriko dissolved in water, and heat until the mixture thickens.
