Methi Muthia in Green Gravy

Wash and chop methi. Add wheat flour and coarse besan. Add all ingredients for muthiya.

Knead dough. Divide into equal part and make balls out of it. Steam it in steamer. You can fry it too.

Blanch palak. Boil peas. Make coarse paste of coriander coconut and green garlic.

In a pan add oil. Add cumin and asaefotida. Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste. Saute it for a while. Add besan to it and roast nicely. Add green coriander, garlic and coconut paste. Add all spices and cook it until oil separates. Add palak and peas puree. Saute for 5-6 minutes. Add water, cover and cook. Crush 4-5 muthia and add to gravy. Add remaining muthia, garam masala, cover and cook. Ounce cooked, add undhiyu masala.

Serve hot with paratha.
